Export project of wooden fire doors in a residential community in Europe

The project is a high-end residential community in Munich, Germany, and needs to purchase fire door products that meet EU CE certification, which require both fire performance and home decoration texture. Pilot Door Industry customized a Class B environmentally friendly wooden fire door, using imported flame-retardant solid wood substrate, after drying, anti-corrosion and flame retardant triple treatment, the surface is made of natural wood veneer technology, which is suitable for the simple decoration style of European residences. The product has a built-in high-performance fireproof core material, with a fire resistance limit of 0.9 hours, and environmental protection indicators meet the EU E0 standard, with no peculiar smell and no pollution. In view of the small size of European residential door openings, we optimized the door structure design, provided personalized color customization services, exported a total of 86 fire doors, and provided multilingual installation manuals and CE certification reports to ensure that the products successfully passed the local fire inspection. With its beautiful appearance, reliable fire performance and compliant environmental protection standards, the project has become the preferred case of fire doors for similar residential projects in the local area.
